Where is the outlet?
The outlet is located in the main store! We have a dedicated space with gowns, dressing rooms, and mirrors just for you.
Which dresses are in the outlet?
These are gowns from our general collection that are being heavily discounted to make room for more gowns in the main store! Some styles are discontinued, many are still new styles, and there is a variety of sizes, silhouettes, and prices to choose from!
Can I see the other dresses too?
Your outlet reservation only includes the outlet styles. To view the gowns in our general collection, our couture gowns, please schedule a traditional bridal appointment.
What should I expect?
You can expect light style assistance. We recommend that you bring someone to assist you with trying on the dresses as there will not be a dedicated bridal style. If you prefer a higher level of service, we recommend that you schedule a traditional full-service bridal appointment with us!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash. We do not keep cash on hand, so we are unable to provide change. You can pay with exact change or round down and place the remaining balance on a card! We do not accept checks.
What happens after I say Yes?
It's time to celebrate! We recommend taking lots of photos! Your gown will be packed in a plastic bag. Durable cloth bags are available for purchase as well. All outlet styles must be paid in full and taken home on the day of the purchase.
